Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are processed through a logistics center outside your region.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo for verification. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Personalized or made-to-order products
Opened or used beauty or personal care items
Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear, bras, swimsuits, bikini bottoms), including sale items
Discounted items and gift cards

Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

UK Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped to a UK address, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days via your original payment method.
